First Monday Book Discussion Group: An adult book discussion group which meets the first Monday of every other month at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Lewistown branch of the Mifflin Co. Library. Adult Summer and Winter Reading Programs:  Each summer (beginning in June) and each winter (beginning in January) the Mifflin Co. Library sponsors an Adult Reading Program.  All patrons with a valid library card are invited to join in the fun.  Simply keep track of the books you read and you can enter a drawing for great prizes.  (Note:  The 2012 Winter program will include great prizes donated by local businesses!)  Watch the Library Calendar of Events for start dates.  For more information, contact any branch of the Mifflin Co. Library.

2012 Adult Winter Reading Program is being held Jan 23 through March 12. 

 

cropNswap:  The Mifflin Co Library is hosting this free, all-day scrapbooking event which will be held in the Community Room of the Lewistown branch on selected Saturdays throughout the year. (Please check the events calendar on this webpage, or postings at each branch, for specific dates.)  Each event runs from 9 am until 6 pm--come and go as you like. (Lunch is "on your own".)  Bring your scrapbooking supplies and join the fun!
